Last week the company wrote to you to ask for your feedback on proposals for pay, terms and conditions in 2009. They said they negotiations with the Unions had been exhausted wanted you to email them with your views by today .
The NUJ and BECTU believe the proposals will leave significant numbers of staff out of pocket, and will damage terms and conditions on overnight working, meal claims and weekend working.
If you have yet to send an email giving your feedback, we urge you to do so now. Tell the company the current proposal is unacceptable and ask them to restart talks with the Unions -- so that we can try and negotiate something better.
